Hey I'm Chelsea and I'm 25. I was born and raised in my hometown Of Osoyoos and I am honored to announce I will be representing my community on a National stage as i was selected as a Miss Canada Petite 2017 Finalist. The pageant is a part of Miss Canada Globe Productions and will be taking place later this Summer in Toronto. I love fine arts like acting and photography. I enjoy watching movies, reading and creating videos from youtube. Within the past few years I started doing Special FX makeup and I have really enjoyed that. Especially the past two Halloweens were I find and enter as many makeup contests as possible and just challenging myself. I love to travel and meet new people, so if you're interested in me, I'm interested in you.

Cheerful Chelsea Celebrates Christmas 2016

CHEERFUL CHELSEA CELEBRATES CHRISTMAS



Well for the second year in a row I am attempting to share my December Holiday Adventures across my various Social Media platform. Last year clearly I abandoned Blogmas and focused just on uploading videos for Vlogmas.


This year I am changing how I do things and will not be live recording me opening all of my advent calendars every single day! On average I was spending 15-20 minutes filming myself opening my advent calendars. Add in Prep time including taking A HUGE AMOUNT OF BEFORE opening photos and the post video-time including taking photos after opening the advent calendars and of course putting all of the calendars away, and uploading everything.


This year I am going to keep it very simple and break it down into sections.
As such here is my general post plan across all platforms
 I will do what I call

  1. BIG POSTS i.e  posts focusing on Pre-Post Christmas. That would include a giant overview and reviews of all the advents,  including each calendar individually breaking down the specifics where I got it/how much/compare of this year/last year, initial pre-opening thoughts & reviews of everything after   Christmas. 
  2. Weekly Posts: Each week I will do a post specifically doing Hauls/reviews of the products I got from all of my Beauty advent calendars that week.  I will also post a weekly update on my reading list & what movies/t.v I watched! I will also upload Decorating updates 
  3. Single posts: I will occasionally do posts like Hauls/Making crafts/trying store bought food etc that kind of thing  I may also record videos of me singing Christmas Carols. 
  4. COOKING & Crafts. I want to post tutorials on the things I cook [Like posting the recipe/method/recording photos videos well making it/ and photo/video of finished product & trying it.] I want to a similar thing for any crafts I do.


Now for DAILY POSTS things are going to be a little bit more broken down and more platform specific as to what I post. 
  • VLOGS [Video blog/diary] A clip or clips of what I did that day, or reflecting on my day 
  • BLOGS [Written diary] breaking down my day/what I did/my advent things I got etc [i.e written diary]  I will also touch base on the different challenges I'm doing in December such as those focused on Random Acts of Kindness, self-growth, or daily photo challenges

  • H) COLLAGE PIC of my day maybe lol versus all of those diff Of the day photos haven't decided yet.

Blogmas Day 8 ~ December 8th Advent Calendar haul

Blogmas Day 7 ~ December 7th


On Day 7 I received a brew from Parallel 49 Brewing company featuring Filthy Dirty - which is a new Beer exclusively introduced in the Craft Crossing Calendar.

Vlogmas Day 5 opening the advent calendars



On December 5th it was Day two of the annual Osoyoos Lite-Up where I took part in an Ugly Sweater Contest at Sears Osoyoos, visited the Kiwanis Christmas Craft Fair, and bought a few more "ugly" sweaters to wear in December!
For my ugly Sweater I wore my George [walmart] Reindeer knit sweater with the cute scarf [really reminds me of Harry Potter.] Sadly I didn't win the contest. 
After that It was time for me to open my December Advent Calendars. For my Chocolate Calendars I got a Salted Caramel from Purdy's, a mini Kinder Egg from my Kinder Surprise Calendar, as well as a Lindor Mini Milk Ball from my 24 Day Lindt Teddy bear Calendar. Lastly I got an Olaf chocolate from my Frozen Advent!

In side station four of my Craft Crossing Calendar I found the Dominator a Farm house styled Beer! 
12 Days of Clinique
