About Me

My photo
Hey I'm Chelsea and I'm 25. I was born and raised in my hometown Of Osoyoos and I am honored to announce I will be representing my community on a National stage as i was selected as a Miss Canada Petite 2017 Finalist. The pageant is a part of Miss Canada Globe Productions and will be taking place later this Summer in Toronto. I love fine arts like acting and photography. I enjoy watching movies, reading and creating videos from youtube. Within the past few years I started doing Special FX makeup and I have really enjoyed that. Especially the past two Halloweens were I find and enter as many makeup contests as possible and just challenging myself. I love to travel and meet new people, so if you're interested in me, I'm interested in you.

2015BuyLocalWeekSlider_pink
Did you know that between November 30th and December 6th it is BC Buy Local Week ? The BC Buy Local campaign celebrates local Businesses  in order to better promote Local British Columbia Based Businesses and high lightthe contributions they make to the BC Economy. BCBUYLOCALWEEKLOGO.2015
This year the goal
of the 4th annual BC Buy Local week is to Illuminate The local market whilst making BC based Businesses, products, food and wines as well as people like local artisans more visible to consumers.

The #BCBuyLocalWeek  campaign mission is to provide a platform to highlight BC Based businesses and products and taking part is as easy as answering the questions: Why Local? What is Local? Where is Local? Businesses should be able to answer the question How are you local? BCbuylocal_4badges
The campaign centres on the ability to identify BC owned businesses as well as BC made and grown products by defining what is local from a local economic impact perspective. For a better idea look to this list found on the official website  http://bcbuylocal.com/about-bc-buy-local/
